MEDICAL PROGRAM CO., LTD. (บริษัท เมดดิคอล โปรแกรม จำกัด) is a limited company registered in Thailand under juristic person number 0105568004691. It operates medplaylab.fyi and publishes games as MedPlay Lab, an independent mobile game studio.
MEDICAL PROGRAM CO., LTD. is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). Its registered head office, as recorded by the Department of Business Development (DBD), is 26/5 ซอยสตรีวิทยา 2 ซอย 23 แขวงลาดพร้าว เขตลาดพร้าว กรุงเทพมหานคร.
This policy explains what MedPlay Lab collects through the website and through correspondence, why, for how long, who processes it for us and what rights you have.
Apps this policy covers

This policy currently covers the medplaylab.fyi website and email contact or postal correspondence with MedPlay Lab.
We do not currently publish any mobile apps on the MedPlay Lab website, so no app name, package name, SDK or Android permission is described here.
When MedPlay Lab releases a game on Google Play, that app will receive a separate policy at its own address on medplaylab.fyi, naming the app and its exact package name, following its Data Safety answers and listing its SDKs and permissions.
Information we collect

The MedPlay Lab website has no accounts, forms, comments or payments. You do not need to give us personal data to read it.
Our hosting provider processes technical request data for us: IP address, requested page, time of request, browser type and, if sent, the referring page.
MedPlay Lab runs no analytics software, advertising pixels or tracking scripts on the website.
If you write to MedPlay Lab, we receive your name, contact address and anything you choose to include. Please do not send passwords, payment details, health information or national ID numbers.
Each future MedPlay Lab app policy will follow the Google Play Data Safety categories and state whether data stays on the device or leaves it.
How we use information

MedPlay Lab uses request data only to deliver pages, keep medplaylab.fyi secure and investigate misuse or faults.
MedPlay Lab uses correspondence to reply, keep a record of our answer and handle follow-up requests.
Under the PDPA our lawful bases are legitimate interests in running the website and answering enquiries, and compliance with legal obligations where Thai law requires records to be kept.
MedPlay Lab does not sell personal data, does not use it for advertising or profiling and makes no decisions about you by automated means alone.
Third-party services and SDKs

The MedPlay Lab website includes no third-party SDKs, analytics libraries, social plugins, externally loaded fonts or advertising.
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts medplaylab.fyi and acts as our processor for request data. Its policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Any SDK used in a future MedPlay Lab game will be named, with a link to its policy, in that game's own policy.
Data retention and deletion

Cloudflare keeps request logs briefly under its own settings; MedPlay Lab does not copy them into another system.
MedPlay Lab keeps correspondence for up to 12 months after a matter closes, unless a longer period is needed for a legal claim or a duty under Thai law.
You may ask us to delete your correspondence at any time. We will do so unless the law requires us to keep it, and will tell you if so.
The website stores nothing on your device, so there is no local website data to remove.
Children

The MedPlay Lab website is a general company site and is not directed at children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through medplaylab.fyi. If a child has written to us, tell us and we will delete the message.
Each future MedPlay Lab game policy will state its intended age group and how it meets the rules for that audience.
Permissions

The MedPlay Lab website requests no device permissions.
Visiting medplaylab.fyi never asks for your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, files or notifications.
When MedPlay Lab publishes an Android game, its policy will list every permission in the inspected build and explain why it is needed.
Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask MedPlay Lab for access to and a copy of your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability where applicable, and withdrawal of any consent you gave.
Write to MEDICAL PROGRAM CO., LTD. using the details in Contact us. We aim to reply within 30 days and may ask for reasonable proof of identity before releasing personal data.
You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) at pdpc.or.th. We would appreciate the chance to resolve the matter first.
International transfers

MedPlay Lab is run from Thailand.
Cloudflare operates a global network, so request data may be processed outside Thailand, including in the United States and Singapore.
Where that happens we rely on Cloudflare's data processing terms and the safeguards permitted under sections 28 and 29 of the PDPA.
Changes to this policy
